I would like this blog is an area of thinking on the process of citizen participation called "i.de.a Diagonal" launched by the Barcelona City Council on the reform of the Diagonal Avenue in Barcelona due to the union of two lines of trolley named Trambaix (west of the city) and Trambesòs (east of the city).
